We had a nice stay at this budget hotel. The venue was fairly large with an enjoyable location just off Edmonton, the stadium, the restaurant. The breakfast had lots of fabulous food and drinks. We loved exceptionally comfortable beds.

The location to Rexall Place was perfect, with it only being a nice 10 minute walk away. Parking and wi-fi is free and the hotel staff, both day and night were very friendly and helpful. We had brunch in the restaurant and the quality of food, the portions, and the prices were excellent. We will definitely return the next time we are the area.

I found the front desk staff to be excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet but the beds were a most pleasant surprise - extremely comfortable. Nice pillows, comforters and sheets too.
For a supposedly non-smoking hotel our room - on the first night - smelled like a heavy mix of stale secondhand cigarette smoke and air deodourizer. Gave me a headache. It was better the second night and much better by the third night.

Close to the countryside of Edmonton.
The parking lot has many potholes with water and the carpet in rooms are dirty. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if I am travel alone. The gambling place adjacent to the Hotel attracting people from all walk of life. There are signs telling guests to be seated by themselves in the restaurant yet there are no signs telling guests to show their breakfast coupons ahead of time. I ended up assuming the breakfast coupon was for a buffet breakfast (which many hotels in the world work like that) and paid for my breakfast instead of having a free breakfast. Staff members are nice though.

The bed was amazing. The restaurant served good food and all the staff were very friendly
The elevator was very small and slow and the flooring in the hallway and rooms was very stained making it feel dirty. That would be the biggest reason for not returning.
